HEAD OF SALES

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a MASTER intrapreneur who is a highly motivated, driven, and skilled sales professional who is looking for a great opportunity to not only join a quickly growing organization but to make a big impact on the lead and sales process. As the head of sales, you will be responsible for handling all lead generation and sales for our coaching program, Passion to CEO ( https://passiontoceo.com/ and http://thynktankcoaching.com/). 

You will be in charge of leading our lead generation team (both organic and paid) as well as engaging with our potential clients in a series of touchpoints of calls, emails, zooms, and direct messages. Your main goal as the Head of Sales is to find leads, build relationships to build trust, determine if they are the right fit for our offers, and get them to convert to a client. Eventually, this person will have a full sales team under them when the time is right, so this person should feel confident in being able to find, train and manage people.

To be SUPER clear, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with little instruction, who has the entrepreneur spirit but wants to work with a team of badass avengers, and who has the passion and fire lit in them as much as us. The right candidate will be able to create results quickly and do it with a smile on their face the entire time. 

The right candidate has the strong potential, once proven themselves, to turn into the head of sales for our ENTIRE organization and other high ticket services (such as our high ticket marketing and PR agency). For the right person, this can also turn into a partner track with equity options.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years in high ticket sales and lead generation

  • Able to close clients within the first few calls

  • Excellent with follow up and lead nurturing 

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and willing to go above and beyond to get the sale

  • Competent in using body language and active listening skills

  • Proven ability to overcome sales objections and close sales

  • Speak English fluently

  • Manage multiple leads at once
